Franchisee support and training

A Soundsteps franchise is about being part of a business with a strong culture of help, training and support. Starting your own business can be one of the most exciting, yet daunting events in your life. However, we will provide support in order to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

You will be trained by our experienced staff in all areas of how to successfully run your school, based on our operations manual.

The training will include;

• How to recruit pupils using our unique and successful marketing methods
• How to find suitable teaching centres
• How to deliver the teaching
• How to run a successful business
• Business strategies
• How to recruit teachers and admin staff
• Running our administration systems

We will provide you with support by personally working alongside you until your school is established, assisting you in all areas including finding suitable teaching centres, providing you with on-site support at your school launch, attending staff interviews and lessons.

You will receive on-going training, including seminars and workshops, advice and guidance both face to face and on the telephone in all areas throughout your time as a Soundsteps franchisee.
