Our Teaching Team
At Soundsteps we believe in giving quality tuition to our pupils, whilst at the same time motivating and inspiring the children, as they aspire to become budding musicians. We already have an exciting, fun-filled teaching method – but it’s just as important to us to have the right people delivering your child’s lessons.
Our teachers come from many different backgrounds. Some are already teachers in primary schools, whilst others have their careers in music – maybe as a performer, or even a composer. But whatever the background of our teachers there are some qualities they all possess
First, and foremost, you will find our teachers friendly, and approachable. Many parents do not have any musical knowledge, and have many questions, and our teachers are always on hand, to help you. You will also notice they are animated, and fun! We believe this is the best way to help children learn, as they are not even aware they are absorbing important musical theory and practice. And finally, whatever our teachers background, they are all gifted musicians, who have undergone training in our unique Soundsteps methods.
And of course, all of our teachers have fully-enhanced CRB checks (now called DBS), which are renewed accordingly.View some of our teachers' profiles here >>
